FAST ARABIA: A New Joint Venture for the Engineering, Assembly and Maintenance of WORLD CLASS TEMPORARY STRUCTURES

27 January 2026, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Altaaqa Alternative Solutions Company (a Zahid Group company) and Fast Group today announced the launch of Fast Arabia, a new joint venture established to deliver world-class engineering, assembly, and maintenance solutions for temporary and overlay structures. The announcement was made on the sidelines of the Middle East Sports Investment Forum (MESIF – Riyadh 2026).

The joint venture agreement was signed by Mr. Majid T. Zahid, Group President – Zahid Group Energy, and Ms. Tatiana Fasolari, Chief Executive Officer – Fast Group, marking a significant milestone in expanding high-quality temporary infrastructure capabilities across the Kingdom.

Fast Arabia will deliver innovative, large-scale overlay and temporary structure solutions across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, supporting major sporting, cultural, entertainment, and infrastructure projects through a combination of global expertise and strong local execution.
